Adult Psychotherapy
We believe that for people to change, heal, and thrive, they need to be treated with empathy and compassion. We want to help support people with strategies, tools and/or overall healing.
Our goal is to utilize a client’s strengths and resources within a collaborative approach. We support our clients to define their goals for therapy while also providing recommendations after assessing a client’s history and present-day issues.
Our collaborative approach is informed by the use of the following therapeutic approaches:
• EMDR
• Cognitive-behavioral therapy
• Mindfulness techniques
• Attachment-Based Approach
• Solution-focused strategies
• We specialize in providing therapy to adults that have experienced a recent trauma or childhood trauma.
“When we are no longer able to change a situation-we are challenged to change ourselves.”
