Some Private Extended Health Insurance and Benefit Plans with your insurance company may cover the cost of the hourly sessions. A referral from your family physician is not necessary to book an appointment. You may wish to discuss a referral with your physician to receive coverage under an extended health care plan if necessary by your insurance company. Counselling sessions may qualify under your workplace Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Please speak with your employer about your benefit plan. (Benefit plans that cover Registered Social Workers or those Registered with the College of Psychotherapy).
Some church denominations have implemented the Congregational Assistance Plan (CAP) for all those that attend. If the need is urgent and the church does not have CAP, it is recommended that you speak with your minister to determine whether you can access benevolent funds at your church.
Counselling is provided by appointment only. Please call to make an appointment at 519-281-1845 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org .
