Virginia Charlesworth is a Master of Social Work student at Wilfrid Laurier University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and Human Services with a double major in Theology. She has worked for over ten years at L’Arche Stratford where she coordinated the Supported Independent Living program. Supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, as well as significant mental health concerns such as autism, FASD, and dual diagnosis. She has worked with children in the Huron Perth Catholic District School as both an Educational Assistant and a Social Work student. Virginia is passionate about parenting, supporting those facing pregnancy loss, autism and youth mental health. She is married with three children. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys fitness, nutrition, faith, family and friends.
