Supervision and Consultation for Therapists
Therapists spend many hours hearing the hurting and suffering stories of their clients. Over time this can cause therapists to feel the weight of this process and cause compassion fatigue. All therapists need support to help reduce the impact of their workload. It is encouraged by professional colleges to access support through supervision and consultation to ensure you continue to provide ethical and instrumental therapeutic support to clients.
Tina draws on 19 years of education and experience in social services from within the not-for-profit sector and private practice setting.
